NatWest were a sponsor of the COP26 UN Climate Change Conference and wanted to help business owners - little and large - transition to a greener business. So we created the podcast Green Business Builders, a four-part limited series hosted by Ade Adepitan, that explored ways to build climate-conscious companies and ways to reduce their carbon emissions. We were tasked with creating a global fundraising moment for the wider Chinese diaspora for Spring Festival. So we created an uplifting animated film that celebrated the magical possibilities of red packets, the nostalgia of celebrating with family, and how that can be used as a force for good.

Amplified easyJet’s ‘Sky Gallery’ competition - celebrating the incredible views of Europe from above - by creating window seat placements, social and editorial content. We saw 21,000+ submit their views from their window seat.
easyJet | Amy Johnson Initiative
During my time at VCCP I concepted, directed and created social content to raise raise awareness of easyJet’s Amy Johnson Initiative. We tackled an industry-wide stereotype and increased the number of female pilots. Their ambitious target, was that 20% of new entrant pilots attracted in 2020 would be female. And just before I left, the Q3 & Q4 intake of 2018, 15% were female pilots. A great +6% of female recruits, up on the year before.
